Added some macro algae to my sump.

Do I just put them like or need to bury in sand? Also can someone give me the names of these algae?

Its fine you dont need sand. And it might be caulerpa algae, but i could be wrong.

I’ve got 4 different kinds in my sump, just tossed them in and they are doing great.
