When I started in the Salt water Hobby
I Started with a couple of small colonies of Zoas.

My collection has grown a little since then.

As My Signature States
I love to Propagate
Just say no to Show Tanks

I am working on a new Frag / Grow out System
This will be my new Frag Tank,
After it is Buffed Out

John, you need to step away from the tank bud.....and let me in there. :xd:

BTW..that one in the center of the 18th pic looks awsome!

That is awesome! I think a full frag tank looks as good as a nice full display tank!

Nice collection you have. Yes, it is addicting. Why, don't know but at times my zoanthids are all I ever think of, tend too and fuss over. Guess it is like those that do the garden thing and all that.
Many times I have stood back and wondered what I was doing, because it takes up so much time and money, and considered getting out of it. But, as you stated, ADDICTION, and even if you were to put it down it would still eat away at the back of your mind and you would start thinking, 'Well, maybe just a small nano...', but we all know where that would soon lead.

You need to stop by,
I am always up for trading.
I need to move a few extra Frags to make room for a few new ones.

LOL Looks like you need to frag the frags.
Some of them have been Fragged already and are healing

I also think a lot about your Zoas,
By the time I have the Space or Funding,
You have sold the Colonies that I am looking at.

I have around 60 different Zoa & Palys.
And I hat to think of how many more that I will have in another year

I like to have a variety
So, Large colonies are out of the question.
I will stick with a lot of Mini-Colonies or Frags.

I will be starting another thread.
With better " Close Up " pictures.
So check it out.

in the first picture the ones all the way to the right, the pink with green mouth. what are those?

A lot of my Zoa & Palys
Are no names that I pick up from the Local Pet Store
or
From other Hobbyist.

I do have a few that have been named.
but, I really do not care about names.

If I am Trading or Selling,
I let the picture sell / trade.

The Zoa / Paly came on a Mini Colony that had 2 different Zoa / Palys.
One was the Long Skirt Pink and the other was a Short Skirt "Golden"

Check out my other thread
