have a 12gal (UK) tank that finished its cycle 5 weeks ago. So far the livestock is a yellow clown goby, 1 nassarius snail and 1 hermit crab. I would like to add another fish.

My personal choice would be to add a tail spot blenny. 2nd to that would be a neon Goby.

Would the blenny be comfortable in a 12g?

I think you would be fine with a tail spot

Tailspot ok with the rockwork you have. In coming months you will need more snails and crabs to perhaps a tuxedo urchin as your ugly phases occur throughout the first year.

I'm hoping to pick up 2 fire shrimp at the weekend.
If I do, I may buy 1 or 2 turbo/truchus snails.

If I do go for a blenny, it won't be for another week or so, because my LFS doesn't have any stock and I will need to place an order.
