Adding a clownfish to a single clownfish tank?

There is a small prelude to this story.. When I purchased my tank about three years ago, I bought two black ice clownfish! They were both smaller as I was told one would become more bossy "aggressive?" Eat more food and become the larger (female) of the two. Well that happened, they seemed to live fine together. I have a biocube 29g. After about two years, i was noticing the "bullying" become all the time. Any time I would do maintainece sticking my hand in the tank, the female goes bonkers on my hand. The male wouldn't seem to bother. As of three/four months ago the male is now deceased. Sadly I watched his health decline as he constantly was picked on. I would seperate the two with a net and feed the male to make sure he ate. One day I came home and found him in horrible condition. He was barely swimming, laying on his side in the corner of the tank.. Sad

Anyways the female is left. She has found two of my bushier zoanthid/paly colonies- and hangs out between the two. Really cool, it's like she's hosted them. The colonies don't seem to mind. I try to get a picture but she always comes out once I approach the tank.

I am curious.. I wouldn't mind adding another clown, I've always wanted a platinum or gladiator design.. Is adding another clown going make this female more aggressive and kill it as well? Is there a more suitable reef friendly fish I could add to my biocube?

Rearranging your aquascape would help, this would make your aggressive clown fish much less territorial and aggressive.
