I've got a 75g with a scissortail dartfish, would it be an issue to add a purple firefish or helfrichi firefish?

In theory you shouldn't have problems due to aggressiveness, you could have problems with blennies or pseudochromis, you can simply present the new fish in an acclimatization box and see the behavior of your scissortail, but in 75 gallons I see it as unlikely that you will have problems.

I've got a Midas Blenny but for whatever reason he just chills with my Scissortail, I just worry that 1 fish is gonna come in and ruin the peace in my tank, everything gets along

I had a scissor tail and firefish together and they were fine. Hung out in the same hole until the scissortail passed from a swim bladder ussue

Your blenny may be the chair of the firefish welcoming committee, but the acclimation box should work.
