Hello!
I have a 20 gallon long aquarium with a Tidal 50 HOB filter. The filter is running fine but I would like to plan to add a sump to the tank and remove the HOB filter just for additional space inside the aquarium. I will likely use a 10 gallon aquarium, or build a custom tank and add baffles from the kits off BRS.

1. What overflow box do you recommend (one I don't have to drill because that seems rather impossible)

2. Is there a way to make them quiet (it doesn't have to be PERFECTLY silent but I would perfer to not hear gurgling)

3. What is the best way to have the water return to the main display?

Thanks!

Yes the over flow has a small hole on top to add a aqua lifter pump to it in case Of a power outage it helps restart the siphon once’s the power comes back on

They are the same size diameter but u would add a taller pvc to one of them that becomes your emergency drain, the other you would add a gate valve
