Adding another fish to fluval 13.5?

Hi everyone,

My tank has now been running for three weeks. I used ATM colony along with two platinum clowns.

The tank has cycled with no nitrites or nitrates - I’ve just been to my LFS to test to ensure my test matches up. My question is, I want to add a fire fish. When should I add more bio load?
