I have another piece of live rock that I want to add to my existing Live rock in my aquarium already is it safe to use Loctite Marine Adhesive Sealant PL pro line IMG_1413.JPG

Never used it. I'd be concerned about putting this uncured into my tank though as it contains silanes, which are somewhat toxic tissue irritants. Cured and well rinsed, it would probably be ok.

If the rock is already “live rock”.

Could pull the rock out you want to attach too super glue it to the new rock. They will be wet so will set quickly. Then use something like two little fishes epoxy to surround where you attached them. Epoxy will be the main hold, but takes time to set as opposed to the 30 seconds for super glue.

Replace the rock in the aquarium.

If the rock is stable on its own could skip the super glue entirely.

So that stuff states on the directions that once cured it can be used above or below the waterline. No way to use it in an existing reef unless you pull the rocks out of the water and let it dry before using the adhesive. That said there is no way of knowing how long that stuff will actually take to fully cure could be days could be weeks and even so there is a good possibility of stuff that will harm the tank leaching from it. I it were me I would pull the rock from the tank that you wanted to glue the new rock to, use a reputable epoxy like West System and add a filler to it as a thickening agent. Epoxy (not the stuff with clay mixed that you see in the hobby) takes about 5-7 days for 99% cure and once set is very reliable. I have used it MANY time over the last 15-20 years. The picture below is a bunch of branch rock cobbled together with epoxy.
