Adding anthias to my current mix of anthias.

I have 3 resplendent and 1 sunset anthias in my tank. The male sunset was kind of mean to the others when I added them to the tank. I had a pinstreak wrasse that chased them all at first. As one of the resplendents became a male he has become agressive with all the other anthias and even a chromis. The lfs just got in a bunch of red saddle anthias that out these others to shame by way of their colors. I'd love to add a pair or trio to the group but fear the male resplendent will be a problem.

These guys are pricy and I'd hate to add them and lose them. Anyone ever keep these 3 types of anthias together before?

I have kept those species together without issue, but having larger numbers helps diffuse aggression. Frequent feedings and high flow also help.

The resplendent and single sunset were doing great until one of the females resplendent turned into a male. He chases everything but my yashi hasa goby.

I have found red saddles to be tough in a community tank as they struggle to compete for food.

I have found red saddles to be tough in a community tank as they struggle to compete for food.

I could see that in my tank. It has 3 resplendent, 1 sunset, 2 bar gobies, chromis and a yasha hasa goby who seems to struggle to get food at the bottom of the tank. I'm still debating adding one, maybe two to the mix.
