Hey guys, just had a quick question..
I had put in some dry rock when I started my tank and it accumulated some life (sponges mostly) but ended up scrapping it and adding cured live rock. It’s been in a bucket in my garage for a couple months but I’m wanting to add it back in as I’m trying to up the amount of hiding spaces for my gramma. I ran it through some fresh water and picked off anything I could see but there are still tiny remnants of pineapple sponge that I’m wanting to eradicate before I put it back in. Any advice on how to do this? Thank you!

If you add it back in as is you will nuke your tank, there are dead organics that will cause you problems.
If you want to put in the work look up how to bleach it, doing that will at least get it so it will not hurt your tank.
