Adding clowns with maroon female

I have had a female maroon for around a year now she’s very very territorial when it comes to her anemones was sounding if buying two clarkii would be a bad idea for my 40g breeder to add with her she’s around 2-3 inches

In a 40 breeder I wouldn’t risk it especially with a maroon

I would not even consider adding any other clown except a small maroon with her. Even that is risky. If you want to add a small maroon with her I would use egg crate or something to protect it from her until she gets used to it. Only when both spend a lot of time close to each other without any signs of aggression from her would it be safe to remove the divider. Adding anything else is just inviting her to kill them.

Big nope. Maroons are very territorial (yes I know there are exceptions). You will be lucky to introduce any fish successfully. In a much larger tank maybe.
