Yes Sir.
Knock your self out, the more macro the more the pods can hold on to and be happy.

Thank you guy's for the advise, but today I was at my LFS and talking with my Dude that works there and he was telling me that unless I'm gonna have the type of fish that really eat copepods it's really a waste of money adding them and the list of fish I have and will have don't really eat copepods what do ya'll think ?

I consider copepods and amphipods to be a significant part of my CuC, just like snails. You don't need to add them regularly. Just add them once and done.

first what does CuC mean ? and here is the list of fish and Inverts to be put in my 100 gallon
1. Gold head Goby
2. fox face rabbit
3. Black and White Heniochus Butterfly x 3
4. Flame Angel

My 180 gallon new Build:
1. Emperor Angel
2. Sailfin Tang
3. Niger Trigger
4. Black and White Heniochus Butterfly x 3
5. Harlequin Tuskfish
6. Green bird wrasse

so would it still be a good ideal to put copepods and amphipods in either tanks ?

CuC is clean up crew. You don't need to add them to either tank, imo. I would add them to both tanks if they were mine even if I didn't need them as a food source.
If you used live rock or even just bought Chaeto from someone, you may end up with both anyway.

Cuc is short for clean up crew. copepods feed on excess food, detritus, etc., in your tank and help keep that from piling up (not an excuse to skip on maintenance!)

Even without a pod-eating fish they are beneficial and add diversity to the tank. Filter feeders will take them out of the water column as well.

I think the tuck and wrasse will like them.

id add some to the DT as well, try to do it after light out.
