so I just added a fish and some snails/hermits. I know coral don’t have a huge bio load, I’m wondering if I can add some frags in a few days or is it too soon?

I have had not problem adding 2-3 fish and about 15 frags at one time. It depends on your bio filter and load.
That's good to know thank you. It's a 40b with an aquaclear 50. Load right now is mostly clean up crew and 3 fish.

And if this is a new tank, even though it's cycled, that does NOT mean it's mature or done with algae and bacteria blooms. Do you want to add $100 in coral only to have it get covered in algae in a the next algae bloom? Give it time. Rushing additions to a new aquarium is the single biggest reason new hobbists get frustrated and quit.

Nothing good happens quickly in a marine aquarium.

Good advice from @Ron Reefman.. If you really want coral just get a couple cheap $10 LPS starter frags for now to use as indicators, if you lose them because your tanks not ready or to a algae bloom it’s no big deal
