Adding corals …

Hi guys,

planning on adding corals to the tank. Probably only hardy ones.. nothing too crazy . Should I be dosing with anything?? Or it’s not necessary??

dose nothing. Dip your corals when you get them. Coral rx or revive or something similar.

Just keep simple for now with water changes. Start testing your parameters to know where youre at. Once your tank starts filling out and you see growth water changes won't be able to keep up with demand. That's when you dose. Through repeated testing and monitoring what is being depleted and how much .

Seems beginner start with patience wait 6 months till you add any coral ,just add fish for now.

Just add some freaking corals. I have no idea what everyone is afraid of these days.
