I have a 70 gal saltwater tank. I’ve had it for more than 10 years and have fish that are more than 8 years old. I have 5 fish, about 20lbs of live rock, several snails and several hermit crabs. I would like to add corals to my tank But I am a novice regarding corals. I have 2 sand sifting gobies, And three tangs. They get along very well, they are fed regularly and have been in the tank for years. What kind of corals should I start with And what kind of advice can you give me? Maybe an inexpensive coral, in case they eat it and one that’s hearty. Photo attached.
thanks in advance.

What kind of light is on the tank? If you don't have a very good light chances are corals won't do well under it.

As far as what to start with, see if anyone in your area is getting rid of any. I know people who give away green star polyps all the time. Start with a coral like that first and go from there!
