Adding dry rock to established tank

I'm upgrading my tank from a red sea 250 c max to a red sea 350 g2 peninsula. I bought 17 pound of Marco dry rock To put in it.

How much will it change the nutrient in the tank or will it even change the nutrients at all?

It may drop the phosphates.
