Adding first coral to tank

My tank has cycled completely now and want to take one of my zoas from my other display and put it in this one. I have Kent marine lugols solution that I'd like to dip it in prior to adding to the new tank.

I obviously don't need 1 gallon of water to do this, what would I need for maybe say a cup?

Drop lugols until the water is a clear yellow with whatever amount of water you use.
