Adding fish back to DT

So after going fallow for 3 months to clear ich, QTing my fish with copper, observing them with a molly, and adding a molly to my DT, my tank is hopefully free of everything.

I just now introduced my coral beauty and 2 cardinals back into my DT. My cleaner shrimp is having a field day jumping all over and cleaning these fish.

What is he eating off of them? Is it something I should be concerned about?

These pics are pretty bad as I have the lights low.

Congrats on finishing the QT!
The shrimp is probably cleaning dead tissue etc. nothing to be worried about If there are no other symptoms. Shrimps cannot reach ich as it’s deep. Sounds to me like your shrimp is just being a good citizen!

You shouldn't have any issues with ich if you feed well and keep up with your water changes.
