hi. So I have a 180 gallon with a yellow tang, mimic tang and Mel. Wrasse. Im Gonna start adding fish to my DT from quarantine, I have the flame hawk, 2 clowns, starry blenny, chromis, royal gramma. Which ones should I add first? Does it matter? None "seem" aggressive. Maybe the blenny is sometimes.

I would say that your most aggressive fish are already in your tank!

There _shouldn't_ be a problem with almost any order of addition with the group you've got, but I've heard of yellow tangs going ballistic on just about any newcomer. (This varies greatly by individual tang!) A social acclimation box for the new fish as they're added should help take the edge off.

I have a kole tang who regards blennies as the spawn of Satan, and will chase my starry from time to time - don't know whether either of yours will see the blenny as a competitor for algae . . .

My yellow tang seemed very happy when I added the wrasse after him being alone. Then I added the mimic tang and he was acting weird for a day now they are buddy's.

Should I drip acclimate the fish from my QT to my display? Or just dip them and put them in?

You should have the specific gravity in your qt matched to your display. You would only have to temp acclimate and then let them loose. I would put 3 in and then wait a week or two to add the other 3 so your bilogical filter can adjust. By putting 3 in, if there is any aggression the aggressor will not know who to chase.
If the blenny is aggressive, add him last.
