Hello I just set up my new 260 gallon tank with 65 gallon sump I have a bubble magus curve 29, two 7 inch filter socks, 120 lbs of live sand and around 150 pounds of live rock. I currently own a 90gal and a 55gal both with sumps "been establish for nearly 5 years". I used around 50 lbs of rock from my established tanks to begin the cycle also around 10 lbs of sand. I also added my filter from my 90 gallon and one bottle of ATM nitrifying bacteria. The tank as been up from 2 week and finished its cycle 2 days ago (all levels are good). Today I did a 90 gallon water change and I am thinking of moving my fish from the 90gal tomorrow to my 260. QUESTION how many of my fish do you think I can move all at once??? Most of my fish are small/med size. Thank you

I would add a couple of your least aggressive, hardy fish first and see how they do and give your tank an opportunity to react to livestock. Making sure the tank is ready for your livestock. If they do well, add the remaining least aggressive. Wait a couple of days for them to setup their territories and then add the aggressive fish last. It may take a little longer but it will make sure everyone is happy in your new tank.JMO
Let us know hoe it goes and pictures are nice:)

Thank you, but do you think I will have a ammonia spike or any spike of any kind?

You will probably have a spike, that's why I mentioned "Hardy" fish. You can also get some of Dr. Tim's Ammonia solution and add it to see how your system breaks it down. That is what I did a couple of times to see how long it took for it to break down. Mine broke it down in 12 Hrs the first time and then immediate total break down the second time. Adds a couple of days to getting your new tank ready but can assure your ready for livestock.JME

Also make sure to monitor your Nitrites. It should be 0.

Do not use household ammonia it has a surfactant in it you must use pure ammonia...

All done with transferring of fish. This is day 3 and all levels are at zero thank god! Bio speria must have done the trick!
