Looks like I have a w/e project.Yea same concept to plumb a refugium
Yea i drip acclimate and hold in saltwater qt for a couple weeksNice video, did you acclimate the Molly yourself? Want to add some to my frag tank.
I love them for sure great algae eaters if any was to showI don't remember the last time I saw a Molly in a marine tank.
I recommend creating your own thread where you will get more responses.Awesome sauce!! This is something I have been considering however I wanted to do it a lil different. And some opinions and thoughts would be much appreciated. My display is a 150 and I want to sit a 75 next to it but I want to waterfall from my display to 75 then to 30 gallon sump. I figured the 75 would give me more water volume and be a nice place to put corals and frags. I don't really see the means of adding a second return pump or extra plumbing if it's not needed.
Thoughts.......
you would have to run one of your returns into the 75. You can always add a manifold and run it off of the one pump.Awesome sauce!! I drip them for a few hours to half a day doing 1 drop at a time. How long did you drip acclimate the molly for?
That sounds very stressful.I drip them for a few hours to half a day doing 1 drop at a time.
Its not to bad i use a small air line valve to keep it at a few drops at a time, also keeping the driping container within another will prevent any messes. That sounds very stressful.
