Hi. I have an Aquaone style 126. 3 weeks old. Already cycled of course with 2 lps corals and a zoa. no fishes yet. i have a 10g tank.
I want to introduce phosguard(currently at ~0.25) and carbon to my filter(no space for reactors).
But it cant fit in anymore. My filter now contains the sponge, the ceramic noodles(Picture attached). I dont have the carbon cartridge.

How would you go about it? Can i remove some of the noodles in place of the gfo and carbon? But i still tihkni t wouldnt fit. Would it cause a mini cycle?

2. If i were to change in the future, the sponge to a polyfilter pad. How would i go about it without causing a mini cycle?

Thanks for the input

Just don't and do a 1 or 2 gallon water change a week on a 10 gallon tank.
Your tank is still in the cycling process of finding it balance.
When Bacteria population matures your Po4 will drop.
When adding a reactor you might strip your tank from these important nutrients and slow down the process of getting a balanced system.
