Adding Live Rock to established tank

I have a 32 gal tank with about #20 of Live Rock and would like to add a few more pounds to create more hiding places for my fish and make the tank look better overall. Would adding Live Rock cycle my tank if it's truly live? Don't want to disrupt my ecosystem too much. Thanks!

The answer is no, if it's wet and live. Shouldn't have any issues.
