Hi guys.

I'm starting a new reef. On my way to buy some live rocks. Should I insert them now? I have osmosis water in the tank, for 3 days, with circulation, and sand. Nothing else.

Thanks in advance

Really depends on the type of live rock and the source. I think it would be a good idea to run in a separate system to make sure there are no unwanted hitchhikers.

Thanks :)
The rock comes from a long time established aquarium business, but I see what you mean. The problem is that I don't have enough space for a separate system...

Is the water in the tank saltwater? I added a bunch of live rock from multiple LFS when I set my tank up.

Thanks :)

Really depends on if you want to gamble lol but honestly I would just throw it in.
