Hi. I bought some chemi pure blue for my tank and Have enough to treat 25 gallons, my tank is 24 gallons. I have the nano packets so should I add enough for 25 gallons or just 20? Also should I wash them over with ro water after I use tap? Thanks for the help.

25 gallons. It’s mostly activated carbon so even if you have a bit more you’ll still be fine. Yes, you can certainly rinse them with RO after running through a tap. It’s probably not needed, but there’s certainly no downside.
