Right now I have a 2-year established 20-gallon innovative marine aquarium. I was wondering could I add more live rock or Real Reef Rock to it? I want to rearrange my aquascape by adding more rock but, can I?

You can do this. I recommend adding cured dry rock so it doesn't leach phosphates but live rock shouldn't need to be cured but may bring unwelcome hitchhikers

So like Real Reef Rock something like that??

I would do dry rock, you’re tank is already going well I wouldn’t bring unneeded pests in.
