Make sure you acclimate the tank to the new light. Some lights have an acclimation schedule that you can program. If not just start the light out on a lower setting and slowly raise it up over time.

As said acclimation is key. Also observing coraks for signs of light shock and adjusting lights accordingly is important.

Currently have 3 radion xr15s running at 80 percent and ill be adding another radion what percent should I start them out at for acclimation? And for how many weeks?

Do you have a pic of how your lights are setup. I am a visual kind of person lol. I would think you can start the new light at a low intensity and adjust it upwards over an extended period of time. I like to go at least 1 week in between adjustments unless the coral act like they don't like the lighting intensity. Then I back it back down.

My 2 cents. 3 xr30 pro gen 5 over a 180g. I fried a few frags.... below 60% peak. Take it slow

So are you going to arrange the lights to be closer together? If you have the ability to, I would suggest using a PAR meter to see where your lighting is currently at. Adding another light looks like a good option for you. It looks like you most likely have some PAR dropoff and some hot spots as well.
