I've been thinking about adding some more rock to my display to change things up a little.
I Have a bunch of previously used dry rock laying around,so I figured why not use some of it.
My plan is to give it a mild acid soak followed by a good rinse, then soak it in bleach for a week or two.another good rinse and dry out.
Going to glue/pin pieces to create a nice formation to add to existing aquascape.
So to my question, after acid, bleach soak, and dry out,is it safe to adding to tank at that point?
My thinking is that there shouldn't be any die off,so no ammonia spike.
Thoughts or advice?
Thanks.

It doesn’t look like you have many sensitive corals either.
It’s very likely just fine.

Rinse well, lay in the sun.

Is this at all risky?just trying to shorten time alittle but not worth it if there's any chance of a crash because of it.

Yes, you can put them in after you do everything as you said, but don't put all at once. A few pieces for every 2, 3 weeks.

i want to build a formation .Dry,pinned/glued ,then lower into position in one piece .
Then secure to existing structure..
should I seed it and cycle it for a few weeks prior to putting in?

Not a bad idea! As said above, if you aren’t going to seed it only do a few pieces at a time to prevent your tank from cycling again.
I think seeding them first would be your best option.
