Good Friday everyone! I have setup that has been running for about 4 months. I want to add another couple pounds of live rock to my scape. How do I go about doing this without messing up the chemistry of my tank already. Do I just get dry rock and allow it to age and become live on it's own??

You can add a couple pounds of live rock and it should be just fine. If you are very concerned about a small spike in your water parameters do a 15-20% waterchange 3-5 days after you add the rock.

assuming the rock came straight out of an actively running system that was in good health and the rock never "died" you should be able to add it straight away. if the rock has had any amount of die off then I would get it all in a bin with a pump and a heater and re-cycle it for the next 6 weeks or until nitrite is no longer present.
