Adding new rock

Hello! I have a 125 gallon tank. It has been fully cycled and running about 6 months. I initially put in 100 gallons of live rock. I'd like to add more rock. Any recommendations? Buy more live rock or dry rock? I have a box of dry rock in the garage that would be the best financially but I dont want to do anything to hurt my tank. It is a fish and coral tank. Thank you in advance!!
 
Don't add to much at once. I did that recently in my tank and it caused a dino bloom that I was fortunate to nip in the behind quickly.
Sorry, forgot to mention, Thank you racer. Add around a 1:4 ratio of the rock you want to add to the current amount in tank every two weeks.
