Adding Pods! Best place to get them?

Tank has been up and running for about 5 months and I think i would like to add some pods to refugium and tank. What are the best kinds to use and is there a better place online to get them?

Hello RR, I have purchased POD from a few different locations in the past and placed them in the refugium to grow. In my opinion, placing them in the sump is the best option but more importantly, turning off the return pump for a bit to let them settle in. Especially if you have rock and/or Cato for them to house.

Thanks man, I have some live rock in the center chamber of the fuge but also the heaters are in there, so i dont know if that would be a problem??

My heater is in with the rock in the refugium and not had any problems that I know of.

I've bought from @hollback in the past, has great price and quality. His pods r sometimes in high demand that u have to get on wait list.

Ohio - Copepods FS - $15

Bought 2 bottles of pods and 1 bottle of phyto. They came quickly (2 day from Ohio to Washington). Item was packed neat and tightly. Can clearly see the pods swimming around. Would buy from again!
