As iv been syphoning my sand bed my substrate level is lower, can I add new coral sand into the aquarium now that it's established or will it cause spikes?

If you are going to add any new substrate you would be better off using live sand as apposed to dry.It would cause a spike and adding live may still cause a small one

Hmm I don't need to add that much and already have coral sand will the spike really be that big?

+1
Add it slowly. I added 2 cups a day to my 180g until I had added the whole bag with no ill effects.

It's only 125 litres,I only have to add a couple if cups so u think I'll had it cup at a time slowly and that should do it.thanks guys.

If you are adding live sand, 1/2 cup per day should be fine. I wouldn't add it if it isn't live.
