Adding to my nano reef

I'm looking to add some chaeto to my refugium and stubbled across these what do you all think of getting one of these to my 10 gallon I don't really know anything about the other 3 that come with it

We'll in my opinion you don't need all this stuff to have a successful tank but chaeto is usually the safer option to add to a refugium...
