Adding Vodka to Vinegar Dosing. Still unclear

Been dosing 120 SPS tank with Vinegar for years with good success. Lately have been dealing with some green hair and bubble alge with nitrates at 1-2 and phosphates at 0-0.02. Tried increasing Vinegar from normal 45ish to as high as 65 to see if I can control the nutrients better. Now I am dealing with some cyno along with no change in hair/bubble alge. Considering adding Vodka to the Vinegar to see if I get better results. I can’t seem to find a solid thread on how much Vodka I should add to the Vinegar and if I should adjust my dosage amount since I’m adding Vodka???

are your nitrates and phosphates at 0?

Nope, nitrates are always between 1-2 and phosphate varies 0-0.02. I know the alge is using up the nutrients so can assume they are higher than measured.

Little more detail, added bunch of new rock 7-8 months ago which started the issue. Went through a good round of cyno, used chemical to get rid of it and worked great. But now it’s coming back and the hair alge not really improving.
