Adentify this algea

Can anyone tell me if this is green coralline algae or another type. This has been up for 4 weeks now and all the water parameters are great. Hoping this is the start of my coralline algae starting to grow.

Is it hard or soft? Looks like beginning of coralline to me

it seen to be hard everything is crawling all over it and nothing seems to come off or is being eaten.
