ADJ PC100A Power Strip Issue?

I have this DJ power strip and the switch that has my Inkbird heater controller was off. The switch was in the on position but the light on the toggle was off and not providing power to the inkbird. I moved the Inkbird to a different plug and it started working again, but right after i moved it, the switch that was off turned right back on after I unplugged it. Not sure what happened, any ideas?

Possibly exceeding the amperage/wattage for that plug?
