Adjusting thebred srs skimmer

Can you help me to adjust the skimmer
I don't know what else to do
Water level is ok
I have is set to minimum and it is still overflowing and makes a mess in my sump , water on the walls
Do you close one of those air intake?

Seems like your water level is too low. You nave have to build a base and elevate the skimmer in the sump a little

I did that
the water level in on the red mark , should it be above the red mark?
I bough this at home deport to rise the skimmer

just to add, the skimmer is new, it has been working for 1 week, so possible breaking in?
