I paid John Hoang of Advanced Acrylics in Orange, CA $4,150 in January for an aquarium and stand and later added $150 for an upgrade. It's October, no product, only lies on the phone and in text messages. Now he has blocked my calls. I spoke to a lawyer in Orange County and they said I should start with reporting fraud to the Orange City police department. Beware reefers, do not give this man your money!
