Advanced aquatic ecosystems website good or not?

Hello all,

I had a question regarding this website I purchased from. It’s been about 3 days since my purchase and my order hasn’t been sent out yet. Anyone else have experience with this website????

I am in the same boat as you, I placed my order on 10/18 and never got shipping confirmation.

Emailed them and Scott (maybe owner?) has been saying it will ship out since last Thursday and I should be receiving tracking number but till today I still haven't gotten the tracking, and I emailed him everyday he kept on saying it should've went out and he doesn't know why it hasn't himself.

Very strange situation here. I am tempted to cancel the order and get a refund on my card. Hopefully I don't have to contact my CC to stop payment.

Don’t cancel the order it’s legit. I talked to him on the phone they are really cool people and are trying to get orders out
