Right now I have 3-400w halides with 4-96w pc fixture on a 125 gallon mixed reef. Ready for led system but with the market being already saturated with fixtures was wondering any of your feedback on what units you guys are having success with.

If cost is a factor, I would look at the new AI hydra. It seems to be a promising addition to an already proven LED lighting company.

I would say Aqua Illumination, Kessil and Ecotech Radion are three places to start looking.

After purchasing Pacific suns and the leds craped out . I purchase Fathom Hydra Series. The company Isn't far from us .He will come out and do a demo for you if you give him a call . Great person to deal with no muss no fuss. If you would to check them out I am in Bayonne zip 07002.

I had three DIY companies in the Houston area doing some work for me on LED's, all good in the beginning but after a while the problems started.
Led's stopped working because of heat, timers were off, no more dimming down to 0% and the cooling fans broke down.
Not to mention the drivers that I had to buy.
You get what you pay for is a big yes here, but of course there are guys on here that do a better job now days.

When I started my build on the 202 gallon I choose from the get go for the Radions gen 1 from Ecotech, after 3 months I upgraded to the gen 2.
They were awesome LED's imo, till I saw a demo of the Pro's three months later.
Now I have the Pro's running for about 7 months and can't be happier.
My corals just pop and PE is crazy not to mention the growth.
FYI, I started all my SPS as 1" frags, bought from reefers here on R2R, 95% aqua cultured

AI, reefbreeders, GHL just a few that all have good results.
It's just what your budget allows you and what to expect from a light.
Just hopping you make the right decision.

Bottom pic is part of my frag system.
Yes, I'm running Pro's to on that.

Pure awesomeness here! A pretty good testimonial for Radion Pros.
