Advice about adding a fish to tank

Hi
I am new to the group, thanks for having me. Still learning about this hobby and happy for any advice.

I have a king passer Angelfish adult I am wondering if I could put a Juvenile emperor angelfish in? Know some angelfish don’t get along mixing with other angelfish but some can mix but unsure on this angelfish

My fish tank is 500L

Welcome to the Reef.

A passer is going to get large, as will an emperor. You probably need twice the space you have.

Thats a gamble. My passer was my worst nightmare angel over 4 decades. Hated to get rid of it but had to

Thanks for joining, welcome and thanks for asking. From my perspective that size tank might work but only for a while and there only till the emperor starts to feel his oats.
One of the saddest things I ever have to do it is to rehome fish you have grown fond of so smart planning and asking the questions, like you’re doing, helps to his heart aches. I for one would hold off.

Mine is like yours same size. Very nice fish, nice vivid and bright colours on him. Yeah mine can be aggressive a bit but most of time it doesn't show any aggression. He seems to be calm at the minute.

Would be nice to see if anyone as kept them together before? I had a queen and emperor together and was fine but know passer a different angel and can be more aggressive

I had mine in with a majestic and it started to chase majestic and my dussomieri tang ALL the time

Oh okay at minute he doesn't seem to chase fish around much at all, only time he does when adding a new fish but there all do that or if someone goes near is territory

Welcome to R2R! I have never kept both at the same time but I doubt it will work out for the best. Both are active, territorial and somewhat aggressive.
