Hello, any advice/direction would be appreciated.

I have 275 gallon container (it is an IBC square tote) that I would like to put inline with my main aquarium system to use as water exchange. The Aquarium's salt water would run through the container as part of the system. When I want to do a water change, shut some valves and open others and the tote drains (plan on 200 gallon water changes on a 1600 gallon total system). Then fill it back up with premixed new saltwater (I have another tote to mix the salt. I realize I could do it all in one container - drain, then fill with RO then mix the salt and then back online - but I have a reason for doing it with a separate container that has to do with a separate system I plan to run).

My question is how to plumb the IBC tote? in particular, where should the water flow in, and then out?
Concerns:
A total dump of the 275 gallon container! Some sort leak. (Its in a garage, so wouldn't be too bad).
Sediment sitting on the bottom of the container that doesn't drain/clean out with the water change - again, not terrible since I can once in a while clean out the tote, but not more than once every year or more! (there will be another tote on top of it...would be quite the job unless I cut hole in tote).

Attached is
1. picture of IBC tote (please disregard the markings, that was for another post)
2. sketch of my current idea. (I could push the water all the way to the bottom of the tote using a pipe, but that would be a lot of pressure on the pump, which is also filling the tank - I do have 2 pumps filling a 400 gallon tank)

What are your ideas?
Problem(s) with my design?
