We started a 29 gallon seahorse tank. Im stocking with softy/gargonians and Macro. Will have 1 pair of seahorses and Possibly 1 pair of pipe fish.

I have black tahitian sand. Aprox 1.5 inches

Whats a good CUC? Id rather not have to clean the sand bed if i can help it. As ill hopefully have macros growing in it.

Please name some critters and amount recommended. Thanks

Well if your growing macros in there, the snails will take care of it for you.
But
Nass Snails
Banded Trochus Snail
Ceriths

If u want a clean sand bed nothing beats
Tiger conch
Tonga nassarius snails
And i like the sand sifting star.
The sand sifter and nassarius mix sand up n the conch cleans everything. Eats like every algae.
If a plug of mine has algae on it i just put it in my sand bed n the conch makes it squeaky clean :)
