Advice for Hydor 850s not working properly

Soooo. I have two Hydor 850 powerheads running on a hydor wavemaster. They randomly shut off, and I have to tear them apart and make the impellers turn again. All equipment is less than 3 weeks old. Hydor has been very unhelpful with no solutions. THey want me to return the one, so they can "fix it" and then return the other. Anyone have any other ideas or thoughts? So it's the starting and stopping that's an issue. A frustrating one. Running all the time doesn't seem to be an issue, but that is not what I'm looking for
