Reefer 525xl with Trigger Platinum 34.
- Transitioned from metric to US standard
- Using spears gate valves (3/4 pipe for return, 1/2 pipe for chiller)
- Using GHL flow sensors
- Everything is dry fitted and I'll be using red PVC for final

Additional things I am planning:
1. Unions between overflows (main and emergency) and sump
2. Hard plumb the chiller return to the sump
3. Adding 3rd gate valve to manifold for future

Advice requested:
1. To go strait up from the return pump, I had to adjust the position of the sump in the cabinet, losing some usable space. Even so the return pump intake is closer to the front of the sump. Is it worth while for me to put a jog to the manifold?
2. The pipe clamps I have are about 1/2" away from the cabinet walls. Is there a way to use a spacer to account for that gap? Or do I need a different type of clamp?
3. Any issues or recommendations for the plumbing? Could this be simplified or cleaner?

Plumbing looks good. I have the same sump run the float switch were the fleece is all the way up you will get longer life from the fleece

Thanks for the advice. How did you handle pipe clamps?
Still need help with supporting pipes...the pipe clamps I bought aren't the right distance from walls.

I bought plastic pipe hanger, but can't figure out what screws to use or how to properly support the pipe. Does it need to be vertical?

I'm mostly worried about the heavy manifold. It sort of pushes against that back corner elbow. I did add a cable tie from the manifold to the sump.
