Advice for setting up caves for Golden moray dwarf eel

hey reefers look to get a golden moray dwarf eel. I know eels need a lot of caves. Any advice for setting some caves up? I also seen videos on some type of tubes under the sand bed just need some advice

Under the sand with some pvc and if you want to get fancy use some epoxy on the ends and shape it to look like rock
