So I’ve been wanting to introduce an anemone and with any livestock I do my research and one of the biggest things that I’m worried about is a lot of people say not to add it as your final piece because it can hurt my other corals just wanted some advice on this

Anemones, even more so than SPS corals, require very stable conditions in a well established tank. Your tank appears to be pretty new. Sorta by default, that implies not terribly stable, and nowhere near established. Your best bet will be to wait at least 6 months, if not a year, to give it what it needs.

My tank is about to hit its 5 month mark in a few days

Still looks to be a fairly new tank. Just means that the nutrients and biology are not fully developed. What size is it? What type of anemone are you thinking?

The thinking on the nem being the first piece is so that it finds a place and stays put.
In reality, none of know when our nems will move, however movement does coincide with changes in light and flow, and when these don’t change, a nem could sit put for months or years.
Mine, a BTA, sat in one place for 18months then decided to move AFTER all corals were in place.
Moved to the back of the rock work and being there for 2 years now.

What I found either interesting or really lucky is the move was halfway across the tank, took about 3 days and he never once touched anything else, with the exception of a small candy cane which sat exactly where the nem came to rest.

So, the moral of the story for me was it did not matter.

As mentioned, you must maintain stable water conditions, if you are confident, go ahead.
