Advice on clownfish fry tank

[Spare time]

So I am attempting to raise clarkii clowns. I bought nls fry food to feed 3 times a day and am going to put copepods in there with sponges and air stones. I plan on feeding live phyto daily to the pods.


I was wondering if you all think sand would be ok? I was wanting to put sand to keep the tank more stanble and maybe some hermits to eat leftovers as they grow. What do you all think?

Do the clown fry go to the bottom? I would imagine it would be hard for the hermits to catch without a baseball glove XD

you'll darwin out the slow, weak ones or those that rest at night I say put in ten micro reef crabs and keep the good genes
