Hi I am interested in Setting up a frag tank and doing the following. If you are doing something similar or can give some advice based on your experience I would appreciate it.
Frag Tank Environment:
No Fish
No Skimmer
Only equipment is a blower, heater and temp probe
Only coral will be soft and LPS
No water changes only topping off with RODI water
Plan on supplementing with alk, calc, mag as needed
Will dose amino acids once a week
New salt water will only come in every month or so when I trade/sell coral
Image there will be some small snails, star fish etc that come in from my display when I move frags in.
Please chime in with thoughts would love to know if I am leaving something out that will lead to a crash or bad environment.
