Looking at 2 different torches I dont know if one is rarer than the other or even if one is more problematic for some reason both are 90 bucks at a LFS one is labeled blue tip one labeled reaper in the pics reaper appears first

If they are the same price I'd just go with whichever you like more, they both look awesome to me!
Also just want to point out that torches are considered an LPS coral (large polyp stony coral) because of the skeleton they develop as they grow differentiating them from soft corals which typically don't.
